Privacy Policy of MP STENEKO Sp. z o. o.

This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing of personal data by MP STENEKO Sp. z o. o. based at ul. Bytomska 14a, 70-603 Szczecin, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number 0000201209 (hereinafter referred to as: "Administrator", "Company"). The document describes how we collect, use, store and protect personal data in connection with our business activities and all commercial contacts.

4. Scope of processed data

As part of business contacts and cooperation, we may process the following data:

• name and surname,
• email address (e-mail),
• telephone number,
• mailing address,
• company data (if they concern a natural person running a business),
• other data provided voluntarily during contact.

We do not process data in an automated manner leading to making decisions that have legal effects (no profiling).

We process your data:

  art. 6 section 1 letter b GDPR – activities before concluding a contract.

• b) In order to implement the concluded contract

  art. 6 section 1 letter b GDPR – performance of the contract.

• c) In order to implement the legally justified interests of the administrator

  In the field of communication, handling inquiries and protection of claims.

  Legal basis: art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR.

6. Method of data processing

Personal data may be:

• collected,
• perpetuated,
• organized,
• stored,
• modified,
• transferred to authorized entities,
• removed and destroyed

— only to the extent resulting from the needs of business contact or execution of the contract.

7. Recipients of personal data

Personal data may only be transferred to entities necessary to provide services, such as:

• courier and transport companies,
• IT service providers (hosting, e-mail),
• entities operating accounting systems,
• other entities cooperating in the execution of the contract.

Each recipient of data processes it in accordance with the GDPR and only on our instructions.

8. Data storage period

The data will be processed for the following periods:

• up to 6 months from the presentation of the offer - if no contract has been concluded,
• up to 1 year from the date of limitation of claims arising from the contract - if concluded,
• until an objection is raised or consent is withdrawn - if the basis for processing is consent.

After these periods, the data will be permanently deleted or anonymized.

9. Rights of data subjects

Persons whose data are processed have the following rights:

• the right to access your data,
• the right to rectify data,
• the right to delete data (“right to be forgotten”),
• right to limit processing,
• the right to transfer data,
• the right to object to processing,
• the right to withdraw consent at any time,
• the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

10. Voluntary provision of data

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to: receive an offer, perform the contract, conduct correspondence.

Failure to provide data may prevent cooperation.

11. Data security

The Administrator applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of processed data, including protection against unauthorized access, loss, damage or disclosure.

12. Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Administrator reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy. The current version of the document is always available on the website or available upon request.
